		<description>J-Dawn is right.  The greenish tinge to the clouds is a result of the numerous hailstones in the air.  The green part of the light spectrum is scattered more by the hailstones.  It does not mean a tornado is near, but many times a tornadic storm will have hail associated with it.</description>
