What would you women think if your husband was a storm chaser and got as close as a mile to a strong tornado?

   Well I wouldnt be thrilled. but as long as he had proper training I think it would be ok…..then again a tornado is not a big deal in my area

   I dont think i could have married someone like that because i would be so afraid that something terrible would happen. I dont really understand the whole consept of chasing the storms anyway

   I think I would take out a very big life insurance policy on him (if I could find a company to insure him!)

   it’s his job…applaud his testosterone……what a thrill, tornadoes are amazing to see.

   Well if he did this before you married him then you don’t have any room to complain. I’d think differently if he wanted to do this after the fact then I wouldn’t agree with it but, if you picked him like this then just deal with it.

   if that is something that they have chosen to do, then i guess i would have to let him. i wouldn’t be happy about him putting himself in the way of danger, but i would take out some hefty life insurance. it would be just like any other hobby, i guess. my hubby works at a prison so he’s in a dangerous place all day everyday.

   i love chasing storms anyway, my wife is afraid of them though, so she never comes but she always gives me some momento in order to keep me safe. plus if you go 1 mile of a tornado you are pretty much stupid and are going to be dead, these things can move 5 miles in 10 minutes or even faster.

   I would none-stop pray for his safety and be proud of his efforts!!!!!!!!
   It is a really cool job I think and something to be proud of…
   I would just do alot of praying!!!!

    I’d worry, of course, but he has a better chance of being killed on the freeway, than sucked up by a tornado.

    It would scare the crap out of me but if it is something that he loved to do who am I to stand in the way of that?? My bf is a firefighter and it scares me but I know he loves it so I fully support him…..

    I would be pretty glad I have such a brave husband. But that would be very scary for me.

    Interesting hobby. Make sure he has lots of insurance.
