What type of dog is this?

I don’t know this dog. I got these pictures in an email someone send my mom, talking about animals that survived a tornado. In any case, the dog looked so sweet and wonderful. I wanted to know if anyone would be willing to take a shot at guessing what kind of breed he/she is?

Looks like a Terrier/Retriever mix! Kinda looks like an over sized Whippet lol!
