Sorry shorty, but when Phoenix is doing her thing she is a fundamental force of the universe(like Galactus) so Storm doesent have a chance...Unless they are fighting in space then she can control solar storms and winds(she did it when they fought the brood), then she would have a slim (very slim) fighting chance.

Why is this even a question?

The Phoenix is an ultra powerful, fiery bird that can fly into outer space at warp whatever number you wanna apply and eat entire planets.

In that HORRIBLE X-Men 3 movie we got ripped off with that pale faced beyotch with a bad attitude.

Which is why I tell people DO NOT go by those god-awful movies. They do NOT represent any of the various X-Men characters well. At all.

So unless Storm has recently gain some power upgrade that I'm not aware of, then she would get her azz royally spanked by the Phoenix.

And whatever force an F5 Tornado can generate does not even come close to destroying entire planets, and manipulating cosmic energies on a scale that goes beyond measure.

So, let's see... Storm can make it windy. Phoenix can eat the whole planet.

No contest.
