Tornado Questions
Are you all alright? What was the worst you saw? There were reports of high winds, hail, and at least one tornado in the area. This was a very nasty bow echo that came through the region. Lightning struck a tree right next to my house and I’m very glad nothing was lit on fire.

Doing just fine. It was pretty scary when the storm went right by, out onto the lake, but nothing major happened. There are some trees down in my neighborhood, I will see more tomorrow.

South side, no problem. No deaths and no major property damage. Have been in earthquakes, tornados and severe thunderstrorms from Florida to New york and over to Chicago; if you know what to do it’s OK.

Far SW suburbs have some power outages. Nothing Major. Lots of lightning, some scary. Tornado reports are not serious maybe F0-F1 probably micro bursts. I’m sitting here in the dark at work in Tinley Park waiting for the power to return.
