because the weather man in my city said thar might be an ice storm next monday an a tornado an thunder storm an the temp is going to be 32 or below

It is extremely unlikely. Thunderstorms can indeed form during ice storms, but they will be elevated(not surface based). Tornadoes can only take place if the parent storm is surface based.

You can have a thunderstorm during an ice storm. I have heard of people who have experienced it. It can also lightning and thunder during a snow storm. It is called "thundersnow." I have never heard of a tornado during an ice storm though.
