So if the house is insured for WIND damage, which is standard on homeowners policies not in the gulf coast area, there is coverage. In the gulf coast, there's either a seperate wind deductible, or a seperate wind policy you have to buy - but that's for HURRICANE ALLEY. No, because a tornado is just a very strong wind.
