How does the hurricane machine work?

It looks like President Obama found George Bush’s hurricane machine – you know, the one he used to send Katrina to hurt all those poor black people in New Orleans – and has now used it to send Hurricane Bill to hurt the white people in New England. Does it actually make the hurricanes or just attract them like a magnet? And if the latter why did President Obama take such a risk bringing it to Martha’s Vinyard himself?

Ok for one, there are more than just black people that live in the Southern United States. I am white and I am from Mississippi. And also, believe it or not, black folks do live in New England as well! (shocker!)
No human has the power to control a hurricane. That’s like saying if Bush spins his index finger, he can create a tornado on the spot. How dense are you?
And why does race matter at all? All of us worry, think the same thoughts, when hurricanes come through. So stop dividing America into colors. We unite under one banner.

Actually, only George W. Bush, Dick Cheney, Karl Rove and the rest of those Evil RepublicansTM can control the hurricane machine. That’s why it went towards Martha’s Vineyard while Obama was there. I mean, Obama would never use it to distract from his plummeting approval ratings, the sinking economy or his failing health care plan.
At least that’s what I read on Democratic Underground, Daily Kos and the Huffington Post.
