Tell yourself that u have been through this before and it’s just rain or thunder and it’ll end soon. Everytime you get scared and nothing happens. Maybe later when u turn 18 or something if this problem still persists, try moving to another country that doesn’t have much rain or thunderstorms.Maybe somewhere in Africa, Asia or South America.

The most widely used and possibly the most effective treatment for astraphobia is exposure to thunderstorms and eventually building an immunity. Cognitive behavioral therapy is also often used to treat astraphobia.[3] The patient will in many cases be instructed to repeat phrases to himself or herself in order to become calm during a storm. Heavy breathing exercises can reinforce this effort.

Its just crazy to be scared of rain and thunder think like this thunders is the most powerful thing in the world and rain is the most Beautiful thing in the world
Im treats the rain and thunder like god of destruction and creation and if you being hit by a thunder you can think like this your life is over and you can start over
