How could a tornado be defused?

I live in tornado ally, it’s another stormy evening here in Oklahoma. and I’m concerned. Only thunder and lightening , so far. Is there any hope that We can get the answer "How to snuff out a tornado?" before spring?

you cant snuff it out but you can ask god to do that

The answer to this question is a simple no. There is no way of "snuffing out" a tornado.
