honestly dude everything looks good for a budget rig except for the fact that you are getting ide hdd and odd get the sata i just got a 500gb black edition which is a step up from the blue your gettin for 69 and an lg dvdr for 28 both are sata wich are sooo much easier to install plus you dont have to deal with the master slave thing and to top it all off your gettin 3gb/sec bandwith…also i just went i7 but that is pricey but i would recomend the quad 940 phenom 2 with an am3 main board… you pay about 100 more but you use ddr3 and get a quad core that you can oc to like 3.8ghz easy with an after market cooler…as far as moniters i just use a 32in lcd tv but asus is allways a good way to go and the key bord it really will depend on what you like but logiteck is a good brand that works well for me and the mouse if your gaming make shure you get a laser one for better dpi
