LAST YEAR A F5 TORNADO(1 MILE WIDE) HIT GREENSBURG KANSAS….IT DESTROYED THE WHOLE TOWN WILL THEY EVER BUILD IT AGAIN??? BACK TO WHAT IT WAS?? AND WHEN?

It’s a work in progress. Rome wasn’t built in a day. Plus with Greensburg being a small-town, they really don’t have the money to rebuild at a faster pace. They have started building homes and basic buildies such as new schools and shops. It’ll take years to get it back to a town again. Won’t be the same as before, but it will suffice however they build it.

Every month there is some new construction project being bid on — in terms of a commercial or government nature. The major problem I see is that the town fathers want it to be a green city. It’s a good goal, don’t get me wrong… but when plans for said projects are hard to come by electronically and almost always have to be obtained by print means…. well, I question the town’s commitment to being green.
